Agnes Appiah
Agnes is a multifaceted creative and entrepreneur. She is the host of the Umami Conversations Podcast. A podcast that was nominated for the APVA Awards for the first time under the disporan podcast category for 2022. She co-authored the international bestseller book 55 Faces to highlight the importance of women’s contributions to societal development.
Agnes lived most of her adult life in fear, a people’s pleasure with a savior’s complex; today, she uses her life experience to spread a message of optimism and success. She lost her newborn son in 2019, which changed the course of her life, and ever since then, she has been on a mission to restore her inner identity. Agnes is currently a mother to a vibrant toddler and is engaged in a holistic journey of healing, growth, and community building.
